At Calazzo, we pride ourselves in providing our customers with the best quality products as well as unparalleled customer service. All products we sell are guaranteed. In case you need to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and our instructions. Items cannot be returned without a RMA number.
Within 7 calendar days of receipt
You may return an item(s) within 7 calendar days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less the original delivery and handling fees for shipping the item to your residence. The return must be post-marked within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. The original delivery and handling fees are nonrefundable. Damage due to shipping must be noted on the shipping invoice, as all items are insured for shipping damage. All returned items must be returned in its NEW and UNUSED and UNOPENED original condition and packaging. OPENED or USED or ASSEMBLED items cannot be returned. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that furniture can be damaged during shipment. Our items are packed carefully before shipment and in most cases are double boxed. Please inspect all shipping cartons before resending the items to us, as worn cartons may not provide adequate protection during shipment. All returns must be insured with the carrier.
Items accepted for returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
